Elounda Panorama villa, a marvelous luxurious property which is surrounded by the unspoilt and lovely Cretan countryside with direct and unrestricted panoramic views to the bay of Elounda and the historical islands of Spinalonga and Kolokitha.
The property covers a built area of 330 s.qm following the site’s terrain and unfolds in two (2) levels and is located on the outskirts of Elounda on a hillside.
The villa can sleep up to 12 people, with four (4) en-suite bedrooms all having panoramic view and two (2) bunk beds.
On the entrance level there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining table with the lounge next to the fireplace. In this floor one of the four en- suite bedroom is and a WC. The living room is surrounded by balcony doors that open to the sun terraces with the infinity edge swimming pool, a covered by pergola dining area with a gas BBQ, a small outside living area and sunbeds. The views are remarkable and unique from any position.
A small inside staircase leads down to the second floor where the other bedrooms and a second living room with home cinema are. In this floor there are a large game room with a pool table, table football, board games and a laundry room with washing machine.
The Villa includes air conditioning in all rooms, alarm system, satellite TV, DVD, docking base with plug in for iPhone or android devices and Bluetooth connection, Wi-Fi internet and a safety deposit box.
The villa is built in a tranquil environment and near to all local services, businesses and amenities, 400m from the sea direct view, 1km from the famous resort of Elounda and 10km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, the capital of Lasithi prefecture in eastern Crete.
The village of Elounda and Agios Nikolaos are near with lovely restaurants, shops and entertainment. Water sports, underwater diving, tennis courts, sandy beaches, site seeing, walking tours and many other features are present in this amazing area of Crete.

Cancellation / Prepayment
Secure the booking A downpayment of 30% is required for secure the booking. Security Deposit
- A security deposit of 1.000€ is payable with the remaining balance or on arrival through credit card.
- In case of bank transfer, the security deposit will be transfered back to the tenant after the check- out and cleaning of the villa.
- If no damages have been occured at the villla, the security deposit will be transfered from the owner to the tenents account as soon as possible.
- If damages have been occured at the villla, the amount of the damages will be deducted from the security deposit. The owner has to return the rest security deposit to the tenents account the latest within 2 weeks,
Cancellation Policy
- up to 60 days before rental period: 30 % of rental price
- up to 35 days before rental period: 50 % of rental price
- up to 21 days before rental period: 80 % of rental price
- up to 14 days before rental period: 100 % of rental price
