Divine Sea View Villas with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleep up to 8 persons. They are part of the luxury villa complex belonging to the Divine Villa Group and are split between the Athina and the Poseidon groups of villas, all of which are close. There are six luxury Sea View Villas in total and all have a sea view. A couple of them face south and the rest face a small inlet and the sea to the north.

The villas are located between Tersanas and Stavros on the Akrotiri peninsula in western Crete, only 12km from Chania, the capital city of the region.

These 200m² villas are built on split levels and rooms are spacious and comfortably furnished in a traditional style with a luxurious touch. Beautiful gardens and a swimming pool complete a perfect setting bound to surpass your expectations.  Each house is individually designed and furnished with colours in shades of grey, white, blues and pinks, or earth tones mixed with elegant shades of beige.

Each villa has four bedrooms, mostly with double beds but not all, and each has an en suite bathroom with shower. A double Master bedroom with a wooden floor and ceiling and also a balcony is located on the upper floor.

Three more bedrooms are on the lower ground floor. All bedrooms have a TV with DVD player, bathrooms have towels and bathroom amenities including a hair dryer. Mattresses are Danish orthopaedic and fine cotton bed linen is used.

On the upper ground floor there is a large open plan living/dining/fully equipped kitchen which is accentuated with floor to ceiling windows. The fully furnished, stylishly decorated open plan living room includes a fireplace, a sofa, satellite LCD TV, a dining area and kitchen with a big fridge/freezer, an electric cooker with oven and ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and a coffee machine.

There is also a guest WC on this floor. The furnished veranda has a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as comfy outdoor lounge furniture.

Please note that unlike the rest, one of the villas is ground floor with an upper master bedroom.

Marble floors adorn the stylish interior and exterior. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned and have a 32″flat screen TV/DVD.

Outdoors there is a pool with walk in steps and hand rail (5mt x 10mt/depth 1.1mt-1.6mt), a furnished terrace, verandas and balconies, dining table & chairs, a portable charcoal BBQ, and sun loungers and umbrellas.

The villas share a common tennis court of international measurements.

Each villa has private parking space, security alarm and automatic night lighting. There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, iron & ironing board on the lower ground floor.

The location makes an excellent starting point for exploring beautiful western Crete whether you are interested in sightseeing, archaeology, walking, horse riding or simply relaxing and enjoying some of the wonderful beaches in the area.
